Father Dimitrios came from Tripoli at age 19, and worked his way through the restaurant industry. His American dream began with work as a dishwasher, to a prep cook, line cook, and eventually owner and operator of his own restaurant - where he always lead from the kitchen. 

His work ethic, and belief in serving the best quality food, have made Mykonos a mainstay for diners from all over both Whatcom and Skagit counties.

Today, his children continue the family tradition and invite you to experience a taste of the old world, with a dash of the new.
